We are looking for a People Operations Officer (Nurse) who will handle employee benefits, onboarding, and health services as the Company Nurse. This role also includes issuing employment contracts and supporting other HR activities to ensure smooth HR operations and employee well-being.
Manage employee benefits programs including, but not limited to, HMO enrolment, group life insurance, and other related benefits
Issue employment contracts and manage related documentation
Assist with other HR tasks as assigned to support HR operations
Support onboarding orientation for new hires
Support employee wellbeing through first aid, wellness monitoring, and basic health education as the Company Nurse
Support tasks related to government benefits such as SSS and PAG-IBIG
Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) with a valid nursing license is crucial
1 year experience as a company/office nurse with exposure to HMO coordination (non-negotiable)
Basic knowledge of HR functions, benefits, and onboarding
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Willing to report at our Ayala, Makati office at least once a week
Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces)
Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)
