Position: Customs Quality Assurance and Training Specialist
Hybrid Remote: Must Be Local to Los Angeles, CA, Miami, FL, Houston, TX, Tempe, AZ, Cincinnati OH or New York, NY
Must be willing to go onsite 3 Times Per Week
Pay Rate: $100,000-125,000 Salary Based on Experience

Skills/Qualifications:
U.S. Customs Broker License – Must Have!
Clearance training knowledge & experience preferred
Understanding of adult learning concepts
Effective presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills, spoken and written

Must be flexible and adapt quickly to changing environments
Day to Day:
The Customs Clearance Quality Assurance & Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the quality, compliance, and performance objectives of Customs Clearance operations through the administration and delivery of quality assurance and training programs for import and export activities. This role evaluates operational performance, conducts audits and analyses of customs clearance transactions and customer interactions, identifies compliance and knowledge gaps, and provides targeted coaching and training to improve employee effectiveness and regulatory adherence. Working closely with operations leaders, supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role delivers training programs, monitors competency and quality standards, and measures training effectiveness to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles accurately and compliantly. The role contributes to operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement, supporting the implementation of new initiatives and systems.
