Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're partnering with world-leading AI research labs to build smarter, more accurate AI systems — and we need healthcare informatics professionals to help get it right. As a Health Informatics Analyst, you'll bring your real-world expertise in EHR systems, clinical data, and health IT to evaluate and improve how AI understands and reasons about healthcare information.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that lets you contribute meaningfully to cutting-edge AI — on your own schedule.

What You'll Do
Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical consistency, and real-world applicability
Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data to assess and improve AI outputs
Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-generated health informatics content
Provide structured, detailed feedback using evaluation rubrics and written annotations
Support data quality assessments and help shape how AI models handle complex clinical and operational scenarios
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR platforms, or clinical reporting systems
Strong analytical skills across data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
Ability to evaluate nuanced clinical and operational information with precision
Clear written communication skills — comfortable explaining your reasoning in structured formats
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
Familiarity with health information standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT)
Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or healthcare analytics
Prior work with AI tools or language model evaluation
