What You'll Do
Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health data, and medical decision-making for accuracy and quality
Assess health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools to ensure they meet clinical and operational standards
Prepare structured feedback, dashboards, and recommendations that improve AI performance in healthcare contexts
Collaborate asynchronously with technical and clinical teams to drive data-driven improvements
Who You Are
Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
Strong analytical skills including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
Able to think critically about clinical workflows and operational data
Comfortable collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders
Detail-oriented and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in healthcare
Background in health informatics, clinical informatics, or a related field
