What You'll Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
Assess how well AI systems understand EHR documentation, clinical terminology, and nursing processes
Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to patient care scenarios
Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reflect best practices in nursing informatics
Apply your knowledge of EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to evaluate clinical documentation quality
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
Hands-on experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
Strong ability to analyze clinical content and identify inaccuracies or workflow misalignments
Comfortable providing detailed, structured written feedback
Self-motivated and reliable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or EHR system design
Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical evaluation projects
Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation
Certifications in nursing informatics (e.g., RN-BC in Informatics)
