About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks with millions of people around the world? We're looking for Voice Recording Specialists to provide natural speech samples that help train the next generation of AI speech systems — making them sound more human, more natural, and more accurate.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a clear speaking voice and a reasonably quiet space to record. No voice acting experience, no professional studio, and no AI background required — just your voice and a willingness to show up consistently.

What You'll Do
Record clear, natural voice samples following provided scripts and conversational prompts
Vary tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of speech patterns
Ensure recordings are clean, clear, and free of background noise
Complete metadata forms describing each recording session
Participate in both scripted read-aloud and natural conversational recording formats
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Clear, natural speaking voice — no accent requirements, all voices welcome
Access to a quiet recording environment at home or elsewhere
A microphone, headset, or smartphone capable of capturing clean audio
Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded
Reliable and consistent when completing task-based work independently
No voice acting, audio production, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in broadcasting, podcasting, teaching, customer service, or public speaking
Familiarity with audio recording tools or software
A dedicated home recording setup or USB microphone
Multilingual speaking ability or experience with multiple accents or dialects
