What You'll Do
Apply your clinical systems knowledge to evaluate, test, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare IT scenarios
Identify inaccuracies, gaps, or unrealistic responses in AI content covering EHRs, clinical workflows, and hospital infrastructure
Translate clinical and operational concepts into structured feedback that helps AI systems learn more effectively
Review and assess AI-generated technical documentation, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for accuracy and real-world applicability
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
Experienced supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
Skilled in technical troubleshooting, system testing, and clinical workflow analysis
Comfortable working across clinical and technical teams — you understand both worlds
Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, async work environment
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards
Background in clinical informatics or health IT project implementation
