We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical operations content. Your deep knowledge of hospital IT environments, EHR workflows, and clinical processes will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare systems — making a real impact on one of the most important applications of AI today.

What You'll Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital operations for accuracy and reliability
Apply your expertise in EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure to identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic scenarios in AI outputs
Translate clinical and operational knowledge into structured, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance
Assess AI responses involving system troubleshooting, configuration logic, and clinical workflow translation
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments that fit your schedule
Who You Are
Hands-on experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with system optimization in clinical environments
Ability to bridge clinical and technical worlds — you understand both how clinicians work and how systems support them
Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
Comfortable evaluating technical content at scale and providing structured feedback
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards
Familiarity with clinical informatics or health IT governance
