About The Role

What You'll Do
Engage in conversations with AI chatbots across a wide variety of topics and scenarios
Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, clarity, and safety
Identify issues such as incorrect information, awkward phrasing, bias, or unhelpful outputs
Design creative, unexpected, and challenging prompts to probe the limits of AI behavior
Submit structured, thoughtful feedback using clear rating frameworks
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring different topics and asking interesting questions
Able to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
Strong written communicator with an eye for detail
Comfortable navigating chat-based digital interfaces
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No prior AI, technical, or professional testing experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
A knack for finding edge cases or spotting when something "feels off"
