What You'll Do
Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health information systems, and operational data for accuracy and quality
Assess and provide structured feedback on data pipelines, reporting tools, and health information system logic
Prepare clear, actionable recommendations based on data findings — the kind that clinicians, IT teams, and leadership can act on
Help ensure AI models reflect real-world healthcare standards, terminology, and best practices
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
Strong analytical thinker with hands-on experience in data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
Able to bridge clinical, technical, and operational perspectives clearly and confidently
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Passionate about improving healthcare through data and technology
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in clinical informatics, population health, or health IT consulting
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
