About The Role

You'll engage in conversations with cutting-edge AI systems, evaluate how they respond, and provide the kind of real human feedback that no algorithm can replicate.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — ideal for curious, articulate people who enjoy exploring ideas and communicating clearly. No technical background required.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex scenarios
Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
Identify problems like factual errors, biased outputs, awkward phrasing, or inappropriate content
Push AI limits with creative, nuanced, and challenging prompts
Submit structured feedback using clear rating systems and written notes
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Naturally curious and willing to explore diverse topics and conversation styles
Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning
Strong written communicator with an eye for detail
Comfortable navigating chat-based digital tools
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No prior AI, tech, or testing experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in writing, editing, journalism, or content review
Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
A background in critical thinking, research, or quality assurance
