This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work when you want, as much as you want.

What You'll Do
Engage in natural and creative conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics
Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or signs of bias
Push AI limits by crafting challenging, nuanced, and edge-case prompts
Record structured feedback and ratings using clear evaluation guidelines
Contribute insights that directly influence how leading AI models are trained and improved
Who You Are
Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas, asking questions, and thinking critically
Able to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
A strong communicator with solid written English skills
Comfortable navigating chat-based digital tools
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No technical background or prior AI experience required — just bring your perspective
Nice to Have
Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
Ability to think creatively and identify unexpected failure modes
