We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure the content is accurate, helpful, and genuinely trustworthy.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a solid instinct for what makes a product review useful versus misleading. No e-commerce or retail background required — if you've ever read a product review online and thought "that doesn't seem right," you're exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do
Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and head-to-head comparisons across a wide range of categories — electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and overall quality
Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or unnatural phrasing
Flag content that could confuse or mislead consumers
Provide clear, structured feedback using rating scales and written commentary
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
Familiar with online shopping and what makes a product review genuinely useful
Strong instinct for quality — you can tell the difference between authentic and artificial content
Detail-oriented and consistent in your approach to evaluation
Clear written communicator who can explain your reasoning concisely
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
Background in writing, editing, journalism, or consumer advocacy
Experience with quality assurance, content moderation, or critical analysis
Familiarity with product review platforms or comparison shopping tools
Broad knowledge of consumer product categories
