At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for Population Health Informaticists to bring their domain expertise to AI projects focused on public health, health equity, and population-level outcomes.
Your work will directly shape how AI understands, analyzes, and communicates population health data — helping build smarter tools that could improve health outcomes at scale.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to population health data, analytics, and public health strategy
Review outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and data integrity across population-level datasets
Identify gaps, errors, or misleading interpretations in health metrics, surveillance data, and epidemiological analysis
Apply your expertise in health informatics to assess dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks generated or described by AI
Translate complex analytical concepts into clear, structured feedback that helps AI models improve
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
Skilled in data analysis and visualization, including dashboards and reporting tools
Able to critically evaluate health data narratives and flag inaccuracies or oversimplifications
Comfortable translating complex data insights into clear, actionable language
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and reliable
Nice to Have
Experience with epidemiological surveillance or community health assessment
Background in health equity, social determinants of health, or chronic disease management
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, QGIS, or public health platforms (e.g., PHDI, CDC WONDER)
