Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Dispur. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations, as well as assisting with concept development and detailed design. Daily tasks include coordinating design information, updating plans and layouts, preparing working drawings, and supporting documentation for approvals and permits. The role involves collaborating with project managers, consultants, and contractors, participating in site visits, and helping track design changes to ensure alignment with project requirements. The Junior Architect is expected to follow office standards, maintain organized project files, and contribute ideas that enhance design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and understanding of building systems.
Ability to work with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools and digital workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, and visualization software).
Competence in Project Management support tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking design revisions.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic rendering tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to interpret codes, guidelines, and client requirements.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment on-site.
Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow within a fast-paced architectural practice.
