Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution, working on-site at the Pune Division office in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations; supporting senior architects with design development; and coordinating with consultants and internal teams to ensure accurate integration of architectural details. The role involves participating in site visits, documenting project progress, and helping maintain project files and standards. The Junior Architect will also assist in basic project coordination tasks, such as tracking deliverables and communicating updates, while learning studio processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including basic design development, drafting, and visualization.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows (e.g., understanding how different design and documentation software integrate).
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management at a junior level, including organizing tasks, supporting schedules, and maintaining documentation.
Proficiency in common architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and standards is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks under guidance from senior team members.
