Senior Product Manager, Open Ecosystem

The Company
Easor is a financial management platform that connects entrepreneurs and accounting firms. Over 15,000 businesses across Finland, Sweden, Spain, and Italy run their invoicing, payments, and accounting on our software. We listed on Nasdaq Helsinki in March 2026.
We are 145 people, 80 of whom work in product development in Finland and Spain. We are investing heavily in product practices, craft, and team structure to match the ambitions of an independent product company. This role is part of that effort.
The Role and the Team
You will be the Product Manager for Open Ecosystem, the team that makes Easor's data usable by software partners, accounting firms, and end customers through APIs and AI-native interfaces like MCP.
Tens of software providers already integrate with Easor. The demand is proven. But today, integration works as a service, built on manual effort. Your job is to turn it into a real product: one that lets partners build on their own and serves Easor's 15,000 end customers in a scalable way.
You own prioritization, partner contracts, roadmap execution, and marketplace listings. You work in a stream-aligned product team, which includes the necessary skills to deliver value end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Easor's Open Ecosystem together with an engineering manager and an engineering team of up to six people.
Manage discovery and delivery for mid-to-long-term goals independently, with the focus on validation.
Collaborate with partner developers, accounting firms, and Easor's domain teams to identify the biggest friction in building integrations and determine what partners need to succeed.
Establish key performance indicators for the ecosystem, instrument them, and steer decision-making based on these metrics.
Redesign ways of working around AI, and shape how AI agents will reach Easor data through interfaces like MCP.
Who We're Looking For
Independent operator. You have owned a product area through full cycles. You decide what to build next and prove it was the right call.
Evidence-driven. You end product arguments with data or a test, not with opinion. You are comfortable building measurements where none exist.
Technically strong. You have owned a product built for technical users. You know how APIs work: design, versioning, credentials, developer experience. Engineers and partner developers treat you as a peer.
Commercially capable. You can run partner contract discussions and think in acquisition cost, churn, and revenue per partner.
Strong collaborator. This role lives on the seams between your team, domain teams, and external partners. You bring them together and keep the contract clear.
Deep in the domain, or fast to get there. Accounting workflows, our competitors, what integrated customers actually need. Domain expertise is an asset, not a prerequisite.
Experience with platform, API, or developer-facing products is a strong advantage. Experience in an international, multi-office, and remote setting is a plus. Experience in financial, accounting, or another regulated software domain is a plus.
English fluency required. Finnish or Spanish is a plus.

Salary €6,000-7,500/month + options
Fully remote, but residence in Finland, Sweden, Spain or Italy required
Offices in Oulu, Helsinki, Barcelona and Milan
