About Santy Labs

About the role
This is a hands-on internship that combines marketing with personal-assistant work. You'll work directly with the founder, see how a small AI studio runs, and build real skills in digital marketing, social media and AI tools.
What you'll do
Plan, create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels
Support digital marketing campaigns: content, SEO basics, email and ads
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI and automation tools) to create content and speed up work
Help set up simple AI automations for outreach and lead handling
Manage the founder's calendar, follow-ups, notes and client communication
Research leads, competitors and market trends, and keep trackers up to date
What you'll learn
Digital marketing and social media marketing, from planning to analytics
Practical AI: prompting, content generation and workflow automation
How client projects and a small business run day to day
Who we're looking for
Students or recent graduates from any stream who are interested in marketing, AI or startups
Good written and spoken English
Organised, reliable and quick to pick up new tools
Basic Canva or design skills are a plus

Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, based on performance
