Company Description Colorado Precision Analytical Laboratories (COPA Labs USA) is a new to market analytical testing solutions company that helps provide manufacturers with reliable, accurate and timely data about final product uniformity as well as formulations R&D. Our capabilities are rapidly expanding to include services in high demand such as USP <71> and USP <51> testing by 2027.
Role Description This is a part-time (potentially full time) remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at COPA Labs USA. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, present laboratory services, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through follow-up. Day-to-day activities include conducting outreach via phone, email, and online platforms; preparing proposals and quotes; and maintaining accurate records in customer relationship management tools. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with content for digital channels, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The specialist may provide training or guidance to clients on how to best leverage laboratory services and will represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and team members.
Customer Service skills for managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building long-term client relationships.
Sales skills for prospecting, closing deals, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
Training and Sales Management skills to support client education and coordinate sales activities or initiatives.
Experience with either Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or HPLC Testing procedures is required.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet scheduling requirements.
Ability to manage customer relationships and generate marketing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar field is preferred but not required.
