Implementation is simple via a single script tag or a free WordPress plugin, after which WeForAds manages demand partner onboarding, ads.txt, price floors, invalid-traffic filtering, reporting, and monthly USD payouts. The company is committed to transparency as a Prebid.org member, with full supply chain (schain) data in every bid request and a public sellers.json. Role Description The Customer Success Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding publishers from onboarding through ongoing optimization and retention. This role includes managing new publisher implementations, coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth setup, and proactively monitoring performance and revenue metrics. The Customer Success Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships, provide regular performance reviews, and identify opportunities to improve monetization outcomes. Day-to-day tasks involve responding to publisher inquiries, resolving issues, gathering feedback, and translating customer needs into actionable improvements. The role also includes creating clear documentation, educating customers on best practices, and collaborating with sales and product teams to enhance the overall publisher experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills, with a commitment to responsive, empathetic support.
Analytical skills for interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and recommending optimizations.
Experience in customer retention and relationship building, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Familiarity with digital advertising, ad operations, or publisher monetization (e.g., Google Ad Manager, header bidding, Prebid.js) is highly beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Prior experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role; experience with SaaS or ad tech is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
