Marketing Assistant – Full-Time Remote
Salary: $1,300–$1,500 USD/month
Location: Remote – Latin America
Practice Growth Co. is a U.S.-based healthcare marketing agency looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing team.
This is primarily a back-office execution role and is not client-facing. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new systems, and capable of completing assigned work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic SEO implementation and optimization
- Make on-page website updates and optimizations
- Prepare Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing performance reports
- Review marketing data and ensure reports are accurate before delivery
- Update website content, metadata, headings, links, images, and other on-page elements
- Assist with landing page updates and basic conversion optimization
- Complete recurring marketing tasks according to established processes and checklists
- Perform basic quality assurance on websites, campaigns, tracking, and reporting
- Support the SEO, Paid Advertising, and Account Management teams as needed
What we're looking for:
- At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Experience working with websites/CMS platforms
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
- Able to understand marketing metrics and prepare accurate reports
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and capable of managing multiple recurring tasks
- Comfortable learning new software and following documented processes
- Working English proficiency
- Reliable computer and internet connection
Experience with Webflow, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or SEO tools is a plus, but we do not expect candidates to be experts in all of them.
Position Details:
Full-time, remote position working with a U.S.-based team. Compensation is $1,300–$1,500 USD per month, based on experience. This is a long-term position, not a freelance project. Because the position is primarily internal and not client-facing, perfect or native-level English is not required.
