Federal Staff Reporting Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Federal Staff Reporting Analysts with expertise in federal and military reporting practices to support an AI evaluation project. You will create, review, and evaluate authentic federal reporting materials while helping establish standards for high-quality AI-generated reports.
No Prior AI Experience Is Required.
Key Responsibilities
Create and review federal reporting artifacts such as WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
Produce clear, accurate written content aligned with federal and military reporting standards.
Evaluate sample submissions for clarity, accuracy, compliance, formatting, and reporting conventions.
Develop reference responses and source materials for federal reporting scenarios.
Create grading rubrics and evaluation criteria for AI-generated federal reports.
Provide expert feedback on task design and reporting requirements.
Participate in review cycles to maintain quality and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of federal reporting or staff writing experience, preferably within the U.S. Department of Defense.
Experience creating WARs, MARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and similar documents.
Background with one or more U.S. military branches is strongly preferred.
Excellent understanding of federal writing conventions, tone, and documentation standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for official reports and presentations.
Experience developing reporting methodologies, evaluation criteria, or training materials.
U.S.-based with demonstrated experience handling confidential information in federal or military environments.
