Surface Labs is hiring Growth in India.
We're building tools for humans and agents to engage customers. Our Vault is an agentic data warehouse (the governed company brain for GTM context). Agents simulate plays, then the team implements.
What you'll do
- Crank product demos and ship them fast (record, edit, cut short clips)
- Post demos and short-form content and help them go viral, working closely with Meer in IST
- Create and distribute content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels that reach our ICP
- Partner with GTM and eng on use-case stories for our apps (marketing ops, rev ops, experiments, outbound)
- Experiment daily: what formats, hooks, and CTAs actually convert to demos and pipeline
This is execute + create + distribute, not a Head of Growth seat and not a pure DevRel speaking tour. Being solid on camera is a nice plus. Shipping demos and distribution is the main bar.
You might be a fit if
- You've made demos, product videos, or short-form content that got real reach
- You can edit quickly (CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or similar)
- You're comfortable in IST and async with a small SF-based team
- You like B2B SaaS / AI / GTM tools and can learn our product deeply
- You prefer shipping over planning decks
