Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Noida. The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including gathering and prioritizing requirements from ecosystem stakeholders, defining clear product roadmaps, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features. The role involves analyzing user behavior and feedback, conducting market and competitive research, and using data to refine product strategy and improve usability. The Product Manager will work closely with customer success, sales, and operations to ensure successful deployments, support user onboarding, and maintain alignment between product capabilities and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing detailed product specifications, managing backlogs, facilitating cross-functional communication, and tracking product performance against key metrics.
Qualifications
Ability to define product vision and roadmap, translate business objectives into product requirements, and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
Experience in user research, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management across multiple organizations or complex programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with product metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with agile product development practices, backlog management, and close collaboration with design and engineering teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
Background in SaaS, B2B platforms, or products serving incubators, accelerators, universities, or government programs is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or product management certifications are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, coordinate multiple projects, and maintain a user-centric approach to product decisions.
