Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in Bengaluru. The Member will support daily school operations, assist educators and administrative staff, and help coordinate student activities and events. Responsibilities may include maintaining records, providing classroom or office support, communicating with students and families, and assisting in implementing school policies and programs. The role involves active participation in school initiatives, collaborating with colleagues to improve processes, and contributing to a positive and safe environment for students and staff. The Member is expected to be present on campus during standard working hours and engage constructively with the school community.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including clear, respectful interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in teams, support educators and administrators, and build positive professional relationships.
Basic proficiency in office software and digital tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and school information systems).
Attention to detail and reliability in maintaining records, following procedures, and complying with school guidelines.
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and a student-centered approach to supporting the school community.
Prior experience in an educational or administrative environment is beneficial.
Relevant diploma or degree in education, administration, or a related field is preferred.
