Role Description
The Sales Consultant will work fully remote but must be living in Accra Area,Ghana in a full-time capacity, engaging prospective and existing healthcare partners to expand Quick Clinic’s network. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions to clinics, pharmacies, labs, and other healthcare providers. The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closure, ensuring that new partners are smoothly onboarded onto the platform. The Sales Consultant will collaborate with customer support and product teams to address partner needs, maintain strong relationships, and promote high levels of satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback will be required to inform strategy and support growth targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience in solution-based or B2B sales.
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term partner relationships.
Effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
Experience in sales, healthcare, health tech, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in the Accra Area, manage a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed performance targets.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data analysis to track activities and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
