Role Description The Electrical Engineer will work on-site in Pune in a full-time capacity, focusing on the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing electrical designs and drawings, performing load calculations, and supporting power distribution and power system studies. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications. The Electrical Engineer will also troubleshoot electrical issues, assist in commissioning activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, including understanding of Electricity and core electrical principles.
Proficiency in Electrical Design, with experience preparing layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of Power Distribution systems, including panel design, cable sizing, and protection coordination.
Experience with Power Systems analysis, such as load flow, fault analysis, and system reliability assessments.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IS, or equivalent) and electrical safety practices.
Ability to use engineering and CAD tools/software for electrical design and documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
