[Remote/Hybrid] Business Analyst

Role Description
◦ Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and system requirements.
◦ Lead requirement gathering and clarification through meetings, workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
◦ Analyze and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and related BA documents.
◦ Analyze AS◦ IS processes and support definition of TO◦ BE processes and system solutions.
◦ Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA, Solution Architects, and UI/UX teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
◦ Manage requirement changes, dependencies, assumptions, gaps, and impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
◦ Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and requirement◦ related issue clarification.
◦ Proactively identify unclear, missing, or conflicting requirements and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
◦ Support presales activities such as requirement analysis, project scoping, estimation, and proposal preparation when required.
Qualifications
◦ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
◦ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
◦ Strong experience in requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
◦ Experience working directly with international customers is preferred.
◦ Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
◦ Able to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and business process flows.
◦ Good understanding of system integration, APIs, data flows, and system dependencies.
◦ Strong analytical, problem◦ solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
◦ Able to work independently and take ownership of BA activities.
◦ Good spoken and written English.
Domain Experience:
◦ Practical experience in Banking / Financial Services or Logistics / Supply Chain projects.
