## About the Job
The Hong Kong Study Skills Research Institute is seeking a part-time UI/UX Designer to enhance digital user experiences in a remote work environment. The role focuses on creating user-centered interfaces, optimizing usability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs effectively align with the organization's brand identity and user needs.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience, a strong design portfolio, and proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design and optimize user interfaces to improve usability and overall user experience.
* Apply user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
* Translate wireframes and concepts into effective, intuitive web designs.
* Develop interface designs that align with established brand identity and visual standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
* Contribute to improving digital experiences through thoughtful, data-driven design decisions.
* Ensure designs provide clear, consistent, and engaging experiences across relevant digital interfaces.
## Qualifications
* 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and web design capabilities.
* Proficiency with Figma or similar professional design tools.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Ability to translate wireframes into polished and functional web designs.
* Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
