About The Role

We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup.

What You'll Do
Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and creative prompts
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, expressiveness, and overall quality
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve how AI-generated speech sounds to native Italian ears
Review and refine scripts to ensure they read naturally and are suited for vocal delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work
Fluent in Italian — native or near-native command of the language
Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging performances across a range of tones and styles
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity in speech
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
Experience with audio editing or home studio production
Familiarity with regional Italian dialects or accents
Background in broadcast, theatre, film dubbing, or commercial voice work
Prior exposure to AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
