About The Role

We're looking for professional French-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal performances and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced voice talent. No AI background needed — just a professional-grade voice, fluency in French, and a quiet place to record.

What You'll Do
Record high-quality French voice samples from provided scripts and prompts, delivering clear and expressive performances
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve the quality of AI-generated speech
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic natural delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Fluent in French — native or near-native speaker
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work
Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver consistent, expressive, and engaging vocal performances across a range of styles and tones
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, cadence, register, and clarity in speech
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with broadcast, animation, e-learning, or commercial voice-over
Familiarity with audio recording and editing software (DAWs, etc.)
Awareness of regional French variations — European, Canadian, African, or otherwise
Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
