This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, a command of Italian, and a ear for quality.

What You'll Do
Produce professional-grade Italian voice recordings using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve the quality of synthesized voice outputs
Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, or related performance-based audio work
Native or near-native fluency in Italian
Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
Naturally attuned to nuance in tone, clarity, and pronunciation
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Studio or home studio recording experience
Background in broadcast, theatre, or commercial voice work
Familiarity with regional Italian dialects or accent variations
Experience evaluating or directing voice talent
