About The Role

We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal samples and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup.

What You'll Do
Record high-quality Italian voice samples from provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech quality
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and natural delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
Fluent in Italian with a strong command of natural, expressive spoken delivery
Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
Detail-oriented when it comes to pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
Nice to Have
Experience in broadcast, commercial, animation, or e-learning voice work
Familiarity with audio editing tools or recording software
Awareness of regional Italian accents and dialectal variation
Prior exposure to AI audio projects or speech evaluation workflows
