Senior Social Media Executive

Role Description The Senior Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading end-to-end social media planning and execution across multiple platforms. This role involves developing social media strategies, creating and supervising content calendars, and coordinating visual and written content that aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives. The Senior Social Media Executive will monitor platform analytics, optimize campaigns for reach and engagement, and manage community interactions, including comments, messages, and brand reputation. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with design, content, and performance marketing teams, staying updated on trends and platform updates, and proposing new ideas and formats to enhance brand presence. The role also includes reporting performance metrics, presenting insights to stakeholders, and guiding junior team members to maintain consistent quality and impact.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to design and execute data-driven campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including planning content calendars and collaborating on copy, design, and multimedia assets.
Solid foundation in Marketing strategy, brand positioning, and audience segmentation.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, presentation skills, and professional stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools.
Ability to analyze social media metrics, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Prior experience in a senior or lead social media role at an agency or brand-focused environment is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative setting in Noida.
