Royal Publishing House, based in Faridabad, Delhi NCR, is engaged in educational publishing and supplies books to schools. We are expanding our presence across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing relationships with schools, visiting school authorities, presenting our books and publications, and securing book orders for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Meet school management, coordinators, teachers and relevant decision-makers.
- Present and promote Royal Publishing House's books and publications.
- Generate leads and convert them into school orders.
- Follow up with schools and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's expansion in the region.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the team at the Faridabad office regarding orders and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in publishing, education, books or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with Kannada or Tamil.
- Willingness to travel extensively for school visits.
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and sales activities.
- A target-oriented and proactive approach.
