Senior Vice-President of Operations

Role Description The Senior Vice President of Operations will oversee end-to-end operational performance, aligning daily activities with the company’s strategic and financial objectives in a full-time, remote role. This position will lead and optimize core operations, including resource planning, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination between sales, technical, and service teams. The role involves setting and monitoring operational KPIs, managing budgets and P&L responsibilities, and ensuring high-quality customer service and support for healthcare clients and partners. The Senior Vice President of Operations will drive strategic planning and execution of key initiatives, oversee major projects and deployments, and collaborate with executive leadership to support growth, compliance, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, performance measurement, and cross-functional coordination.
Proficiency in P&L Management and budgeting, with experience in financial planning, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Customer Service expertise, with a track record of building client relationships and ensuring high service standards in a healthcare or technology context.
Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting long-term objectives, translating strategy into operational plans, and managing organizational change.
Project Management skills to lead complex initiatives, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful implementation of operational and technology projects.
Proven leadership experience in senior operations roles, ideally within medical technology, healthcare, or related industries.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
Experience with quality management systems, regulatory awareness in medical devices or healthcare, and familiarity with international partners is beneficial.
