Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Consultant – SharePoint, Workflow & Data Integration

PT Pangan Kreasi Makmur, an FMCG company based in Jakarta, is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Consultant for a project-based implementation.
We are building a centralized internal operations and data platform using our existing Microsoft 365 environment.
Our current stack includes Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Accurate Online, and existing operational data from multiple departments and retail customers.
The objective is to create a practical internal system where documents, workflows, operational data, tasks, approvals, and reporting are centralized without unnecessary duplication.
Key scope includes:
* Design and restructure SharePoint architecture and permissions
* Centralize PO/order workflow across Sales, PO Admin, Logistics, and Finance
* Maintain one master copy of documents while allowing relevant teams to access the same information
* Build structured order/workflow data with role-based access
* Integrate Accurate Online API on a read-only basis
* Build or recommend a centralized database architecture
* Handle retailer sell-out data from Excel/files, including datasets with 100,000+ rows
* Build internal tasks, reminders, approvals, escalation workflows, and SLA tracking
* Track reporting/data-upload compliance and departmental KPIs
* Track promotions, SKP, commercial spending, supporting evidence, and settlement
* Configure KAM/account-level access so users only see relevant accounts
* Prepare the architecture for Power BI, which will be implemented shortly after Phase 1
* Provide documentation, admin training, and proper handover
Important: This is not simply a SharePoint folder-setup project. We are looking for someone who understands business process design, structured data, permissions, automation, and system integration.
Preferred experience
Strong experience with:
* Microsoft SharePoint Online
* Microsoft Lists
* Power Automate
* Microsoft Teams / Microsoft 365
* SQL / relational database design
* REST API integrations
* Power BI architecture
* Role-based permissions and information architecture
Experience integrating ERP/accounting systems or working with FMCG/distribution data would be highly valuable.
Project details
Location: Jakarta / Remote-Hybrid possible
Engagement: Project-based / Freelance / Consultant
Target Phase 1 implementation: approximately 1 month
Users initially: approximately 20, growing over time
Candidates should be comfortable working directly with management to understand the business process rather than simply implementing predetermined technical requirements.
