Namhya Foods is an Ayurveda-led wellness brand known for its healing teas backed by 80+ years of
Ayurvedic formulation. Featured on Shark Tank India Season 1 and backed by Aman Gupta (boAt).
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and well-spoken International Outreach Intern to support Namhya Foods' international expansion efforts. This role is focused on outreach, relationship building, and helping us identify and onboard the right distributors, brokers, and partners across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research and identify qualified leads including distributors, brokers, and potential partners in
international markets
● Execute personalised outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to initiate and nurture
conversations
● Assist in converting leads into active partnerships and support the onboarding process
● Maintain an organised pipeline and tracker of all outreach activities and follow-ups
● Directly coordinate with and assist the Founder wherever required on day-to-day priorities
● Leverage AI tools to research contacts, personalise communication, and work more efficiently
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for personalised outreach
● Comfortable reaching out cold via LinkedIn and email with a professional and persuasive approach
● Self-motivated and target-oriented with good follow-up habits
● Basic understanding of international markets and B2B relationship building is a plus
● Familiarity with AI tools to speed up research and communication workflows
● Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
