Backend: 8+ years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and modern .NET (6/8+).
Database: Deep expertise in SQL Server
Should have knowledge or experience migrating from on-premise to the cloud, or from one cloud to another.
Good To have below
DevOps & Containers: Practical experience writing Dockerfiles, managing container images, and deploying to containerized environments.
Soft Skills:-
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical debt, migration risks, and architectural choices to stakeholders
Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (XUnit, NUnit).
