Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare electrical control panel designs and drawings as per project requirements.
* Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), GA drawings, control wiring and schematic drawings.
* Design PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, LT panels, DG synchronization panels, DBs, ACDB/DCDB and automation panels.
* Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and select suitable electrical components.
* Calculate load, cable size, busbar size, breaker ratings and panel capacity.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for electrical panels.
* Study customer specifications, drawings and tender documents.
* Coordinate with the production, purchase and project teams for execution.
* Compare vendor/component prices and prepare material cost calculations.
* Revise drawings and quotations according to customer requirements.
* Support the sales team with technical details and commercial quotations.
* Ensure designs comply with applicable IEC/IS standards and project specifications.
Required Skills
* B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
* Good learning ability and willingness to learn new electrical systems and technologies
* Strong grasping and catching power
* Basic knowledge of electrical concepts and control panels
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand electrical drawings and technical specifications
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to work with guidance and practical training
