该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责（疾病领域：妇科） 1.
负责深化并维护指定疾病领域学术(KOL/医疗从业者)的合作关系，推动领域内科学交流，提升品牌专业影响力 2.
配合药企销售提供专业的线上学术支持，协助其完成领域内的专家拜访工作，包括但不限于学术幻灯片内容梳理，学术内容答疑，病例学术解读，临床复杂疑义学术讲解，文献指南内容解读，产品学术信息传递等 3.
按要求对销售相关同事进行产品医学培训，讲解医学知识及药品知识 4.
解答销售部或其他部门同事的医学信息的问询，进行必要的文献检索 任职要求 1、全面理解医学联络全流程工作(含KOL沟通、医学教育、临床数据传播等) 2、有医学培训授课或跨职能医学项目领导经验 3、能快速学习和掌握指定领域的诊断标准、治疗指南及临床研究进展 4、具备优秀的利益相关方沟通能力，能有效对接药企销售、医学、市场、KOL等人员 5、 临床医学、生命科学或相关领域硕士及以上学历(具备临床背景者优先)，如具备2年及以上制药企业医学事务相关工作经验优先考虑 6、具备出色的自我管理、项目执行与问题解决能力，秉持结果导向的工作思维 该岗位为拜耳招聘，后续表现优秀可转入拜耳内部!
