We’re looking for organized, friendly individuals who enjoy travel, helping others, and learning about destinations, cruises, resorts, and vacation planning.
In this role, you’ll assist with researching travel options, communicating with clients, organizing trip details, and learning the systems and resources used throughout the travel planning process.
Responsibilities:
Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, and other travel options
Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences
Help organize trip details and recommendations
Stay up to date on travel products and destination information
Maintain accurate client and trip information
Complete available training and educational resources
Provide friendly and professional client support
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable learning new systems and information
Customer-service mindset
Interest in travel and vacation planning
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
