We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about paid advertising, understands numbers, and knows how to turn campaigns into measurable results.

What you’ll do:
• Plan, execute & optimise campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR & conversion rates
• Conduct audience, competitor & market research
• Test different audiences, creatives, copies and campaign strategies
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
• Work closely with the creative & social media team to develop performance-driven campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, tools and platform updates
What we’re looking for:
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Experience with campaign optimisation, retargeting and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with campaign data and performance reports
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
• Experience with D2C, e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus
