About Halma Company Sofis
Sofis designs and creates smart valve solutions to prevent accidents that can lead to explosions, fires, or hazardous spills.
Today, nearly half a million Sofis safety locks are installed globally, protecting workers and the environment in industries as diverse as energy, chemical processing, mining, food, pharma, biofuels, and carbon capture. Its solutions ensure critical valve operation processes that are controlled, safe and compliant.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor the progress of ongoing customer orders and ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate closely with the Project Engineering and Project Management teams to provide timely delivery updates to customers.
Review and support resolution of customer complaints by working with the Quality team.
Manage Guarantee Orders and ensure they are processed as per customer expectations.
Provide backup support to the Projects Team when needed.
Assist in project administration and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Work with a global Sofis team and customers spread globally.
Academic Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science Engineering.
