RECRUITER WFH (CONTRACT) RECRUITING (EXPERIENCED RNs AND NEW GRADS) - (MUST RESIDE IN THE HOUSTON, TEXAS AREA)
Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability
Metrics: HIGH VOLUME REQUISITIONS and FAST-PACED - URGENCY (managing 80 - 100 requisitions ongoing at a time - supporting multiple Leaders)
Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO onboarding
Hourly pay range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Based on years of experience)
401K 3% match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be pre-approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays
WFH (Work from Home) - will be required to participate in onsite events/ school presentations to students (minimum 20% per month)
All equipment/ resources provided: laptop; headset; soft phone; Microsoft Suite; Outlook; GHR ATS; job boards
Availability to convert to permanent with health Insurance, PTO

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently, conducting onsite, in-person presentations to students at schools, and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Will source talent via ATS system; phone screenings, extend offers, offer negotiation. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
The Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.
Responsibilities:
Service Lines - Will recruit for EXPERIENCED REGISTERED NURSE and NEW GRADUATE positions for hospitals
Travel: Will be required to participate in onsite events/ school presentations in the local market - minimum 20% per month
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
Qualify and/ or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Healthcare recruiting experience
Effective communication skills - great/ polished communicator
Requires excellent time management skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong Client Management experience
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with ATS
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Must have experience successfully handling HIGH-VOLUME recruitment
**Must have reliable transportation to attend/ travel to onsite events/ school presentations. Recruiter must reside in the local Division/ Market of Houston, Texas.
