Technical Program Manager, Software Engineering

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in engineering program management.
5 years of experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields.
5 years of experience managing the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including designing, planning, executing, testing, and releasing features to customers.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google’s infrastructure and infrastructure management systems.
Experience with VMware ecosystem and tools.
Experience managing large, cross-functional programs spanning a various set of stakeholders in engineering organizations.
Understanding of technical judgement and distributed systems.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program execution for product launches.
Influence across your program team, and the program overall.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, launch velocity driving decisions and organize work into sub-projects.
Work closely with Engineering and Product Management to drive prioritization, planning and product roadmap.
Manage programs by navigating complexity across high breadth and depth.
