About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer focused on Owting’s website who is highly skilled in Framer and Figma.
This role will own much of the design and evolution of the Owting website, from concepts in Figma through polished, responsive experiences built directly in Framer. We want someone who can do more than make pages look good. We’re looking for a designer who understands product thinking, storytelling, conversion, responsive design, interaction design, and modern web experiences.
You’ll work closely with the product, growth, marketing, and founding teams to continuously improve how Owting is presented to users, organizations, partners, recruits, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build Owting website pages using Framer
Create website concepts, components, and prototypes in Figma
Own layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Improve the overall visual design and consistency of the Owting website
Design landing pages for campaigns, campuses, organizations, events, and product launches
Create reusable Framer components and maintain a scalable design system
Design polished animations, interactions, and transitions
Improve website navigation, storytelling, usability, and conversion
Collaborate with Product and Growth on experiments and landing-page optimization
Translate Owting's mobile product and brand into a strong web experience
Continuously iterate based on analytics, user feedback, and business goals
Qualifications
Strong experience with Framer
Strong experience with Figma
Excellent visual and UI design skills
Strong understanding of responsive web design
Experience designing modern landing pages and marketing websites
Understanding of UX, information hierarchy, typography, spacing, and interaction design
Ability to take a page from concept → design → production in Framer
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
Portfolio demonstrating strong web/product design work
Bonus Points
Experience building advanced Framer interactions or animations
Experience with Framer CMS
Experience with conversion-focused landing pages
Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, SEO, or growth experimentation
Experience creating or maintaining design systems
Experience designing for consumer social, community, events, or mobile products
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
