Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Information Technology Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and data roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Daily activities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, building and maintaining talent pipelines, and using multiple channels (job portals, social platforms, referrals, and networks) to attract qualified candidates. The role involves assessing technical and cultural fit, organizing interview schedules, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining accurate recruitment data in tracking systems. The recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of hiring processes to support rapid growth in AI and engineering teams.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for roles across data, engineering, cloud, and AI domains.
Solid background in Recruiting and Hiring practices, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and professional networking platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience recruiting for technology consulting, AI, data, or enterprise software organizations is an advantage.
