Purpose of this position / Position summary :
This job role is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the technical skills and knowledge of employees or customers. They create instructional materials, conduct hands-on training sessions, and assess learning outcomes to ensure effective knowledge transfer. By staying updated on industry trends and product advancements, they tailor training content to meet specific needs and improve performance. Their role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to design comprehensive curricula, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing support to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
• Building strong relationship with customer and forging strong confidence.
• Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training.
• Training opticians through conferences / seminar.
• Hospital retail training of Doctors & Optometrist.
• Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases.
• Getting premium Zeiss products dispensed easily.
Job Requirements :
Experience & Qualification Required:
• Bachelor’s in optometry with Min 1-2 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment
• Excellent communication skills + can speak Malayalam language.
• Person should be willing to travel extensively.
