This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tier 1 AI Automation Engineer / Product Support Analyst based in India.
This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI automation, product support, and technology operations. You will help support the deployment and ongoing use of technology products while assisting customers and internal teams with technical issues and product questions. The position combines troubleshooting, automation, process improvement, and user engagement in a remote environment. You will contribute to identifying recurring issues, improving support workflows, and helping users get the most value from the platform.
